Customer, from the record

Agent persona, matched
Maya · Brisk, plain words
A follow up call about a personal loan agrees the amount and term, texts the application over RCS, answers a question there, and lands the customer on the app screen where the agent has filled in everything from the call. The customer adds a payslip and gives documents consent, and the application is submitted to underwriting. Nothing is called approved. The agent stays on the call while the link loads, hangs up once the screen is ready, and continues on the screen.
Where loan applications leak
You pay to bring an applicant in. The application stops at the hardest step and goes back in the pile you already paid for.
Interest arrives by text at ten. The call comes days later, from someone who never saw it.
The call promises to send a link and hangs up. Nobody on it knows if the link was opened.
Leads that could not be reached are written off, then bought again in the next campaign.
What changes
Outcomes, not features.
Applications that get finished
An applicant says what the loan is for. The agent plans the steps and asks one question at a time, only what your rules require for that product, from purpose to documents consent. The finished application goes to your underwriting, and nothing is called approved before it does.
Dropped applications picked back up
An application left halfway gets one reminder, then a nudge back into the same step with nothing already filled in lost, then a follow up call from the same desk, briefed on where they stopped. A callback they ask for is booked, not noted.
Top up, consolidation and protection, from the record
For a customer who already holds a loan, the opener comes from where that loan sits: a top up or a consolidation. Loan protection is offered in the same conversation. Leads that could not be reached are reopened on the same case, with your original lead ID kept.
Compliance that lets the agent sell
Consent is default deny, and quiet hours are checked before every send. Every completed conversation is checked against the frameworks you enable, such as CFPB guidance, with a verdict for each rule. A supervisor can listen live and take the call over.
